Your workspace is provisioned immediately and runs free for the full trial. No card is requested and no invoice is raised.
First invoice
On the last day of the trial we raise the first invoice at the plan rate, on the Techsavanna letterhead, and email it to you.
Settle and continue
Pay by M-Pesa. The workspace simply keeps running and the next cycle is scheduled automatically.
Change any time
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes take effect from the next cycle and your data is always exportable.
No card details in your workspace
Payment is handled entirely on the Techsavanna platform account. Your HR workspace never stores or sees card data.
Branded invoices
Every invoice arrives on the Techsavanna letterhead with the period, the plan and the rate clearly stated.
Automatic recovery
An unpaid invoice past a short grace window pauses the workspace. Nothing is ever deleted, and payment restores it immediately.

Yes. No card is requested, no invoice is raised during the trial, and the workspace is the full product rather than a limited demo. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, the first invoice is emailed to you.

Yes. Annual billing is discounted against the monthly rate. You are invoiced once for the year and the workspace runs for the full term.

There is a grace window after the due date. Past it, the workspace is paused rather than deleted, and settling the invoice restores access immediately with all data intact.
No. Provisioning is automated, so there is nothing to charge for. There is no implementation fee and no minimum contract on the monthly plans.
Yes, in either direction. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle and nothing is lost in the move.
