What connects out of the box
Everything in this section is implemented and running in production. Nothing here is aspirational.
M-Pesa STK push
Collect payments from employees or customers with a prompt to their phone, with the transaction status recorded end to end.
M-Pesa B2C disbursement
Pay salaries, advances and earned wage draws straight to an employee's M-Pesa, with failed payouts reversed rather than recovered.
Branded documents
Payslips, employment letters and salary certificates generated as PDFs on your letterhead, with a verification code.
Branded email
Transactional email sent through your own SMTP, on your branding, for invoices, welcome mail and alerts.
Single sign-on
Delegate sign-in to your identity provider over OAuth or LDAP, so de-provisioning follows your directory.
REST API
Token-authenticated endpoints covering employees, leave, attendance and payroll, subject to the same permission checks as the interface.
CSV and PDF export
Every report, the audit log and the underlying records export to a file, on any plan, including during the trial.
Webhooks
Notify an external system when a payroll run is approved, an employee joins or exits, or a leave request is decided.
An API for what is not on this page
Everything the interface can do is available over REST with token authentication, so you can push data in, pull reports out, or wire Savanna360 HR into an internal tool.
Token authentication
Issue scoped API tokens per integration rather than sharing a user password.
Same permission model
An API token carries a role scope, so an integration cannot read beyond its remit.
Audited access
Every API call passes the same permission checks and lands in the same append-only audit log.
Event webhooks
Subscribe to payroll, joiner, leaver and approval events rather than polling for changes.
Frequently asked questions
M-Pesa, branded documents and email, the REST API, webhooks and all export formats are included on every plan. Single sign-on configuration is done as part of Enterprise onboarding.
Payroll produces a complete, approved payment schedule that exports to spreadsheet for upload to your bank's own portal. Per-bank batch file formats are on the roadmap; tell us your bank and we will prioritise it.
Yes. The REST API accepts employee records, attendance and leave, so if another system remains the source of truth for something you can keep it there and sync into Savanna360 HR HR.
It is triggered by an approved payroll run or an approved advance, never without approval. Each transaction records its status, and a failed payout is reversed rather than deducted from the employee.
Access follows your identity provider. When the account is disabled there, sign-in to Savanna360 HR stops immediately, without waiting for an HR action inside the platform.
