Design end-to-end tests another engineer can re-run Automate regression around every payroll cut (Cypress for web, Appium for mobile) Write defects with steps, environment and evidence; own the go / no-go report Keep a lean CI signal — hunt flakes by time, data or environment 3–6 years testing a data-heavy web product Comfort reading SQL and an API response before filing a bug Kenya-based, able to work hybrid from Nairobi
